At VyaparGrow, we aim to provide complete satisfaction to all our users and business partners. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid services and how disputes are handled.
1. General Policy
VyaparGrow provides both free and paid (premium) listing and promotional services.
Since our services are digital and intangible in nature, refunds are applicable only in limited cases as described below.
All users are requested to read this policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any paid plan.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if:
- You were charged more than once for the same service.
- Your paid listing or advertisement was not activated within the committed time frame due to an error on our part.
- A technical issue from VyaparGrow’s side prevented your listing from being published or displayed as per the plan.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchasing a paid plan.
- Non-performance due to incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the user.
- Poor response, lead quantity, or results from listings/ads (as we do not guarantee business outcomes).
- Violation of VyaparGrow’s Terms of Service or Content Guidelines.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request.”
- Mention your registered email ID, order/transaction ID, and a brief reason for the request.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation of Services
Users can cancel their premium service anytime by contacting our support team.
However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the eligibility conditions listed above.
Free listings can be removed or edited anytime from the user dashboard.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any billing or refund dispute, users are encouraged to first contact VyaparGrow Support for resolution.
We aim to resolve all genuine refund issues fairly and transparently.
