• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
• VyaparGrow reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts found in violation of our policies.

4. Listing and Content Guidelines

By submitting business listings, advertisements, or other content, you agree that:

• You have the right and authority to publish such content.
• Your listing will not include any illegal, offensive, misleading, or copyrighted material.
• VyaparGrow reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates our standards or applicable laws.
• You grant VyaparGrow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your submitted content on our platform.

5. Paid Services and Payment

• VyaparGrow offers both free and premium (paid) business listing and promotional services.
• By purchasing a paid service, you agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us to process the payment.
• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and subject to applicable taxes.
• Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except under conditions mentioned in our Refund and Returns Policy

6. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes

VyaparGrow provides visibility, promotion, and connectivity tools, but does not guarantee:

• Business leads or sales conversions.
• Any specific ranking or exposure duration for listings.
• The authenticity of users, buyers, or sellers listed on the platform.

Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging in any transactions or collaborations.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, logos, designs, and trademarks displayed on VyaparGrow are the exclusive property of the company.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material from the site without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

All paid services terminated due to policy violations are non-refundable.
